Is registration required to play?
No! You can play locally without an account. For multiplayer, you can join as a guest or register to save your stats.
How do I play with friends online?
Switch to Multiplayer mode, create a room, and share the room code or link with your friends. They can join by entering the code or opening the link.
How many players can play?
Chinese Checkers supports 2 to 6 players. Each player controls one or more colored zones on the star-shaped board.
What are obstacles?
Obstacles are a unique ChiCheckers feature that adds variety to the game. There are three types: Barriers (block movement), Trampolines (bounce pieces further), and Jump Trampolines (can only be jumped over). You can place them manually or use presets.
Can I customize the rules?
Yes! The host can configure: number of zones per player, win conditions (all pieces, first piece, or N pieces), turn timer, obstacles, and goal zones.
Is the game free?
Yes, ChiCheckers is completely free to play. No ads, no premium features.
What happens when time runs out?
If a turn timer is set and a player doesn't make a move in time, their turn is automatically skipped.
